Description:
Drum dryer is the best choice for high throughout capacity application involving high moisture, friable, free-flowing commodity products. A rotating drum and strategically positioned flights combine to lift and shower product evenly through the air stream. Thermo statically controlled discharge air temperature to assure precise final moisture and great sensitivity of product. Single-pass or three-pass configurations are available to match product characteristics. Heating options include steam, gas, oil, thermal oil and other auxiliaries.
After putting damp raw material into the dryer from one end, it is turned over through string-up rake inside the cylinder and distributed uniform in the dryer and contacted with countercurrent hot air fully. It speeds up heat and mass conducting of dry. Raw material is effected by stirring-up rake with gradient and hot air. It can be moved and passed through the dry region and to star valve and then discharge finished product.

The BPP-OFC Opposite Flow Coolers are the refined technology of exposing processed product to an upward moving stream of ambient airflow. As air passes the product, it is warmed and increasing the speed of reducing temperature of pellets. The product just entering at the top of the cooling chamber is exposed to the warmest air available within the cooler minimizing temperature shock. The product exiting the bottom of the unit is cooled to within 3-5ì of the ambient air temperature. The product and air have “opposite flows”. The gradual heat transfer greatly enhances product quality and reduce stressing and fine. Coolers are available in either a rectangle, square or circular cooling chamber design, the latter being the newest technology. The circular design enables product to be evenly distributed throughout the unit, increasing cooling uniformity. The round design eliminates all poorly filled corners. A distinct advantage of the cooling process is the compact “footprint”, or base size. Most system installations encounter limited space situations and minimal “footprint” with BPP coolers provide invaluable versatility in system design. The“Simple Excellence” of the BPP cooler is in its highly efficient design which produces a uniformly cooled product with a low operating and installation cost compared to other conventional coolers.
